Today we discussed the lifestyles of the Kwakiutl, Nez Perce and Pawnee. Think about the ways these groups lived and how they used the land around them. Choose two groups and respond. How are they similar and how are they different?
I think the Kwakiutl and the Pawnee are the same because they both have four seasons. The Pawnee and Kwakiutl are the same because they also both have hilly lands, mountains, rivers, and lakes. They also both travel by foot.
I think the Pawnee and the Nez Perce hunt buffaloes. The Pawnee builds lodges and stays where they are and the Nez Perce build tipis to follow buffaloes
I think that the Nez Perce and Pawnee tribes are similar, because they both live in earth lodges and they both travel with Travis.They both follow the herds of bison, when hunting the bison they live in tepees ,because they are easier to travel with.
I think Kwakiutl and the Pawnee are similar because they both all four seasons of the year. I also think they are different because the Kwakiutl catch a lot of salmon and the Pawnee hunt a lot of buffalo. Also they both travel by foot and have a lot of hills and mountains.

The Kwakiutl and the Pawnee are different. The Kwakiutl lived in a cedar forest. Their homes are long and made of cedar. Some of there clothing is also made out of cedar bark. They also have totem poles. There was a surplus of salmon so they decided to stay. The Pawnee used two types of houses tipis and earth loges. They spend their year farming and hunting. They Used tipis to hunt bison half of the year. They used these homes so they could keep up with the herds. The other half of the year they farmed and used earth lodges. They used these because they didn’t move around.

One thing that is diffrent between the nez pierce is thatthey don't have pierced noses, developed the largest horse herds.The pwanee was diffrent because they used bsaketry,pottery.weiving,and cradeleboared. Diego Attra-the Pawnee and the are Kwakiutl because they both have four seasons. they are different because the don't eat the same things because of there regions in the U.S.A. .The the Kwakiutl ate fish mostly but the Pawnee hunt they do not fish as well
I want to visit the Inuit. Their clothing is different because they wear seal fur. They eat seal meat too. They live in igloos. They are very different that is why I want to be their guest I get to eat seal meat… I think.
