-Finish reading all of Chapter 1 of Johnny Tremain.
-Select 5 words from Johnny Tremain that are unfamiliar or you are unsure of the meaning.
1. Write the word down and the page number you found it on.
2. Find the meaning (definition) for each word.
3. Write the word in a new sentence.
-Weekly Poem - All students are required to memorize and recite the poem on Monday, October 22, 2012.

do we write definitions on words in Johnny Tremain for the whole chapter or olny the part that we read at home or the part we read at school?
